Welcome to Tegami. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during sign‑up.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. Roles and Verification
Agents: You consent to identity verification via Aadhar card upload. You agree to provide genuine documents; falsification may lead to legal action.
Owners: You are responsible for the accuracy of your shop location and product listings.
Customers: You agree to the sharing of your live location with a shop owner when you initiate navigation to that shop.
3. Agent Withdrawals
Agents may request withdrawal by providing a valid UPI ID and desired amount. The App forwards the request to the developer, who manually processes the payment. We are not a payment service and make no guarantees regarding processing time. We are not liable for any loss arising from incorrect UPI details or third‑party banking failures.
4. Permissions and Data
By using the app, you grant the permissions described in our Privacy Policy, including location and camera access, and the sharing of your live location as described.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not misuse the app, upload illegal content, interfere with the service, or impersonate others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content you upload remains yours, but you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to use it solely to provide the service (e.g., displaying your products to other users).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided “as is”.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms. Significant changes will be communicated to you.
